Wikinomics: key competences for employability

The Wikinomics project aims to foster key competences required for employability in the constantly changing environments of the world of work. It sets free-culture and wiki methodologies as the basis for an innovative pedagogical methodology,  as a transfer of innovation project in the the Leonardo da Vinci programme, part of the European Commission’s Lifelong Learning Programme.

The Leonardo da Vinci programme focuses on raising the quality and relevance of VET. It provides an exciting opportunity for organisations involved in VET to build European partnerships, to exchange best practice, increase the expertise of their staff and to develop learners’ skills. Entrepreneurs, job seekers, journalists, construction workers, trainers, students, people in search of formal and informal training on collaborative competences consist of the Wikinomics target groups.
